Theoretical basis DISC

Personality profile based disc is behavior based on the stimulus and the response which each person will behave differently to the response obtained. The behavior is the combined number of responses made from a variety of stimulus provided.
DISC profile is heavily influenced from Jung's theory of personality types are categorized into four, namely; Sensing, Intuitive, Feeling and Thinking. Jung expressed the opinion that instinctively individuals will behave based on the four elements. Four elements are termed as tetralogy.
Basic theory of the disc using a two-axis model of behavior, the movement of one axis to another axis of the opposite behavior. The two axes are mutually opposite properties. Two axes are opposite each other on the DISC test is used is between Assertiveness and receptiveness and between Openness and Control.

Control is the opposite nature which use basic ratios above feelings. Approach to others more use than the style of his own ideas of others. The nature shown by distrust, suspicion, not easily show feelings to others.
Model biaxial
Two poles are different from each other is the basis of the DISC profile is developed. In each axis adjacent exhibit characteristics of each element of the test DISC. In the aspect of Dominance as an example of approach between nature Assertiveness and Control.
On each axis between Assertiveness-receptiveness and Openness-Control there are areas that can be defined more clearly through a variety of characteristics that can be defined as follows:

driver; is the most left-upper area between behavior Assertiveness and Control. Shows Dominance factors of DISC concept explained as referring to demonstrate the characteristics of the people who are highly motivated to succeed in the competitive nature of others.
